These include:
- Customer Liaison
Working closely with our experienced mortgage consultants to assist borrowers over the phone with loan inquiries, providing information, pre-qualifying applicants and setting up broker appointments. This area also maintains the customer database and tracks opportunities in our CRM system. This area requires great communicators who are confident in discussing home loans, have solid attention to detail and data entry skills. - Client Services
Our client services people are customer focused and look after all of the post settlement needs of our clients. This ranges from re-draws, paying interest in advance, partial discharges, direct debits, security substitutions, loan variations and increases. - Mortgage Consultants
We look for professional and experienced people to meet the needs of high net worth PAYG and self employed borrowers by recommending tailored solutions to help them choose the right home loan. They need to have a high level of mortgage knowledge and display an outstanding reputation in client service. These skills will need to be supported by a warm and friendly attitude. - Settlements and Underwriting
This team ensures our client transactions are processed through the approval process and then onto settlement in a seamless manner. The roles include the credit assessment of applications, verifying all documentation, ensuring we comply with our lenders credit guidelines and recommending alternative options when required. We seek people with a great understanding of financial statements and credit criteria, who also have an exceptional eye for detail. - Marketing
Working on lead generation, campaigns, channel management, brand and reputation development to ensure Mortgageport is known as a leading brand in the mortgage market.
